Wikipedia - Albanian Supercup
The Albanian Supercup is a single match usually at the beginning of the season between the winners of the Kategoria Superiore and Albanian Cup.
Prior to 2000, Supercup final was not played when the champion team won the Double. However, after the year 2000 Albanian Football Association rules changed and the final would still be played against the Cup runner-ups.
There have been 30 finals played in total. Tirana are the most successful team, having won the trophy 12 times.
Το Σούπερ Καπ Αλβανίας (αλβανικά: Superkupa e Shqipërisë) είναι ένας αγώνας σούπερ καπ ποδοσφαίρου που διεξάγεται κάθε χρόνο στην Αλβανία μεταξύ του νικητή του πρωταθλήματος Αλβανίας και του κυπελλούχου Αλβανίας της προηγούμενης περιόδου. Διεξάγεται από το 1989, με εξαίρεση το 2004 και το 2005, και θεωρείται ως ο δεύτερος πιο σημαντικός αγώνας στο αλβανικό ποδόσφαιρο μετά το πρωτάθλημα.
